- Oversee technical aspects of the implementation process, ensuring successful client onboarding
- Collaborate with Implementation Coordinators and stakeholders to gather requirements and manage deliverables
- Analyze test data to identify trends and prepare clients for successful go-live events
- Participate in client meetings to explain product capabilities and technical configuration needs
- Work with development teams to gather requirements and test new features
- Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technology and/or healthcare environments
- At least 3 years of experience managing complex client product onboarding
- In-depth understanding of complex data mapping and healthcare provider data management
- Proficiency with Amazon Web Services (S3 & EMR) or similar cloud environments
- Experience with healthcare provider organizations or health plans
- Familiarity with SCALA programming language, Spark SQL, and Jupyter Notebooks
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
