• Lead modeling projects involving the design, development, implementation, and monitoring of statistical and machine learning models
• Collaborate with business partners to define needs and deliver timely, impactful results
• Integrate research findings to generate hypotheses and assist in informed decision-making
• Build predictive and explanatory models to provide actionable insights into business challenges
• Communicate findings through clear storytelling and data visualization for both technical and non-technical audiences

• Minimum 5 years of related work experience in a relevant field
• Proven experience building and deploying machine learning and/or statistical models
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL
• Strong quantitative judgment and knowledge of multiple quantitative research and analysis approaches
• Ability to communicate complex predictive modeling concepts effectively to stakeholders

• Graduate studies in statistics, engineering, math, or quantitative social sciences
• Experience with advanced statistical and machine learning techniques
• Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques
• Passion for continuous learning and innovation in the field of analytics
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
