• Develop and deliver insightful, executive-ready reporting and dashboards while tracking business KPIs, SaaS metrics, and OKRs
• Partner with leadership to analyze performance across new logo acquisition, upsell/cross-sell, and churn
• Lead regular operational reviews with leadership, distilling complex signals into actionable insights
• Translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations to influence budgeting, roadmap, and quarterly planning
• Identify opportunities through cohort analysis and segmentation

• 5+ years of experience in high-growth startup operations, finance, business strategy, or consulting
• Financial modeling expertise with a strong motivation for solving business problems
• Fluency with SaaS metrics and KPIs
• Expertise in data visualization and business intelligence tools
• Experience with SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis

• Proven track record of driving growth through data-informed decisions
• Experience with PLG (Product-Led Growth) business models highly valued
