We are looking for a SAP Service Delivery Lead who is responsible for overseeing the delivery of SAP services and solutions to clients, ensuring that the services meet client requirements and are delivered on time, within budget, and to the expected quality standards. This role involves planning and follow-up of consultants, coordinating with various stakeholders, and continuously improving service processes to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

This role requires a combination of functional & technical knowledge, communication & people skills, and strong client management skills.

Skills
  • At least 5+ years of experience in SAP Service Delivery or Application Management
  • Strong knowledge of incident, problem and change management (ITIL-based)
  • Good understanding of SAP functional and technical environments
  • Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Proven experience with SLA monitoring and service performance reporting
  • Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to coordinate and lead cross-functional SAP teams
  • Strong planning, prioritization and workload management capabilities
  • Experience with financial follow-up, budgeting and cost control
  • Clear and professional communication skills
  • Experience with escalation management and risk mitigation
  • Familiar with time registration tools and SAP By Design
  • Proactive, structured and customer-oriented mindset
  • Experience with interfaces and integrations (IDoc, RFC, OData, Web Services)
  • Skilled in performance tuning, debugging, and code remediation
  • Familiar with SAP transport and lifecycle management
  • Experience with Fiori Elements and security concepts
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, French is a plus
Your Core Responsibilities
  • As a Service Delivery Lead, you are responsible for the end-to-end delivery of SAP services for assigned customers, ensuring alignment with contractual agreements, service levels and customer expectations.
  • You act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding incidents, problems, change requests and escalations, and manage the full lifecycle of service requests from analysis and planning to coordination and follow-up.
  • You monitor service performance and ensure compliance with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). You proactively identify risks, manage escalations and align mitigation actions with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • You plan and coordinate SAP Service Delivery activities, commit to delivery dates and ensure timely, high-quality and cost-effective execution. You work closely with SAP functional and technical consultants, as well as internal stakeholders such as account management and planning.
  • You organize and lead customer service meetings, maintain strong customer relationships and ensure clear alignment on priorities and planning.
  • You ensure correct workload planning, staffing alignment and accurate time registration. You follow up on budgets, financial agreements and consultant timesheets.
  • You safeguard service quality through continuous improvement initiatives and prepare clear operational and customer reports, supported by accurate documentation.
