• Participate in successful Agile delivery by collaborating with team members and mentoring junior staff
• Perform thorough functional, regression, and edge case testing, as well as basic API or automation testing
• Write detailed test cases, develop testing reports, and create robust testing plans
• Present full test plans and sprint reports to clients, documenting overall product status
• Demonstrate understanding of acceptance criteria and share daily progress to ensure timely delivery

• 3-5 years of professional experience in manual testing for web and mobile applications
• Proficiency with tools such as JMeter, Postman, and managing test cases in Azure Dev Ops (ADO)
• Experience collaborating with client stakeholders during sprint planning
• Ability to articulate the business outcomes impacted by development projects
• Relevant education, which may include a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience

• Experience leading and executing manual testing for a variety of technology projects
• Familiarity with industry-standard tools to ensure product quality across all stages of the software development lifecycle
• Demonstrated ability to align with company values such as collaboration, outcome ownership, and a proactive approach
