Technical Business Analyst - REMOTE

We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst to join our customers Analytics team.

Job Description:

• Create process documentation/workflows, knowledge articles and self-service guidance for IT Services
• Collect and document of business requirements for project and process improvement/automation efforts
• Facilitate process workflow modeling in order to collaborate on process improvements, automation capabilities and clearly defined end-to-end use cases
• Review information and trends to ensure that the output of processes are achieving the desired results and that services are meeting agreed-upon service levels
• Conduct maturity assessments against the process activities to highlight areas of improvement or concerns
• Manage and improve processes around deployment pipelines
• Partner with Developers to manage the Git Hub deployment activities
• Identify issues and risks
• Bring inconsistencies and problems to the attention of management

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Economics, or Business.

· 5+ years' experience as a Technical BA or Process & implementation Analyst.

· 5+ years’ experience working with SDLC projects

· 3+ years’ experience assisting with deployments in Git Hub

· 3+ years’ experience working with SQL programming language

· 3+ years' experience managing Delivery Pipelines for Development, PMO or Technical Teams

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Detailed knowledge of workflow and process control software.

· Analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Good interpersonal and interviewing skills.

· Experience with team management.

· Experience with Power BI is nice to have.
