Position Summary
We are seeking a results-driven and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to support online growth initiatives across multiple digital channels. This role is ideal for a data-informed marketer who understands how to build brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and optimize campaign performance in a fast-paced environment.
The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing digital marketing strategies that drive measurable results. You will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure campaigns are aligned with business goals while maintaining consistent brand messaging.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels such as search, social media, email, and display advertising
- Manage paid advertising campaigns (PPC) including keyword research, ad creation, budgeting, and performance optimization
- Oversee content strategy to support SEO, lead generation, and audience engagement
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and generate actionable insights
- Conduct A/B testing to improve conversion rates and campaign efficiency
- Monitor website analytics and user behavior to optimize user experience and funnel performance
- Collaborate with design and content teams to produce compelling marketing assets
- Stay current with digital marketing trends, algorithm updates, and emerging tools
- Prepare performance reports and present strategic recommendations
Your work will directly impact brand growth, customer acquisition, and overall digital performance.
Qualifications & Skills- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising
- Experience managing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Linked In Ads, or similar
- Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics or other reporting dashboards
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategy accordingly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
- Experience with marketing automation tools or CRM platforms is a plus
