We are seeking an experienced AI Consultant to support our healthcare organization by identifying, implementing, and optimizing AI-driven tools and workflows. Key Responsibilities- Assess current workflows across departments and identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements.
- Implement and customize AI tools (e.g., automation platforms, chatbots, reporting tools, workflow AI) to support clinical, administrative, and business operations.
- Develop automated solutions for scheduling, documentation, reporting, and communication.
- Train staff on AI tools and ensure smooth adoption across teams.
- Create SOPs, best practices, and guidelines for AI tool usage.
- Support data extraction, analysis, and optimization using AI-based analytics tools.
- Research and recommend new AI technologies suitable for healthcare operations.
- Ensure data privacy, compliance, and alignment with healthcare regulations.
- Provide ongoing consultancy to improve productivity, cost efficiency, and digital transformation.
- Expertise in AI automation, prompt engineering, and workflow design
- Strong understanding of healthcare processes and compliance
- Ability to simplify complex AI concepts for non-technical teams
