The Services Technician will be responsible for frontline technical support, managing client support requests, and providing onsite service. Candidates should have 3 years of IT support experience, customer service skills, and relevant certifications. Responsibilities include exceptional service delivery across communication platforms and documentation of systems.
This position may require onsite client visits and adherence to a clean driving record.
