• Provide decision support and conduct problem research, designing impactful metrics and data stories for actionable recommendations
• Lead strategic projects using descriptive and predictive analytics, and address complex business challenges
• Design and implement experiments to assess the impact of operational changes on customer experience
• Build and maintain reporting tools and machine learning models for scalable insights delivery
• Mentor and advance junior data analysts through community practices and training sessions

• Minimum of 4 years of experience for senior roles or 2 years for intermediate roles in data & analytics
• Strong leadership and project management skills, particularly in executing large analytics initiatives
• Proficiency in advanced statistical modeling and machine learning techniques
• Effective communication skills for data storytelling to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Proficiency with SQL, Power BI, and Python for data analysis and automation

• Experience in a retail environment and familiarity with experiment design
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Self-starting attitude with the ability to influence others in fast-paced environments
• Advanced proficiency with SQL, Power BI, and Python for complex data tasks
