We’re seeking a cloud architect to deliver business value to our clients. The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs and those of the business; it will be a blend of company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Pre‑employment checks include identity, nationality (single or dual) or immigration status, employment history going back 3 continuous years, and an unspent criminal record check (known as Disclosure and Barring Service).

• Architect and deliver end‑to‑end cloud data solutions using AWS, Azure, or GCP and modern engineering patterns.
• Lead a team of engineers, including providing guidance and training.
• Develop and implement resilience strategies, focusing on business continuity, disaster recovery, and operational risk management.
• Assess vulnerabilities and risks across IT infrastructure and business processes.
• Design and implement failover and recovery solutions (including testing), ensuring minimal downtime.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to integrate resilience into security frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor emerging trends and implement innovative solutions.

• Proven experience in architecture with a focus on disaster recovery or business continuity.
• Expertise in cloud technologies, networking, and cybersecurity.
• Experience designing solutions using Kubernetes.
• Strong knowledge of resilience frameworks (e.g., ISO 22301, NIST, ITIL).
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.

Preferable certifications: TOGAF.
