Support the optimisation of the online grocery customer journey by analysing search, browse, and range performance to improve conversion and items added to basket. Use data, testing, and customer insight to identify optimisation opportunities, ensure the right online range is surfaced at the right time, and deliver measurable improvements across the end to end grocery journey.

Key Priorities
  • Optimising a personalised web journey for our GHS customers when they land on site, in order to improve item conversion and drive volume, with relevant touchpoints in the basket building journey.
  • Understanding Data insights and analysis on customer basket building habits online, using wider stakeholders to support and deliver actions.

    Collaboration:

    Working with marketing, design, and development teams to align web goals with business objectives.

  • Data Analysis:
    Interpreting web analytics to understand user interaction and identify improvement areas
  • Ability to work in the fast-paced online grocery space, dealing with changing market influences and trends
  • An understanding and passion of the grocery market
  • Experience with CMS (Agatha/Stibo), Web Analytics tools (Adobe) and Sales Reporting (Looker/Power BI)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
