The Mission This is a  hands-on strategic role  working directly with leadership to build a repeatable growth machine.
You will:
Design and run structured growth experiments across channels
Optimize acquisition funnels (Paid Ads + SEO + CRO + Retention)
Build attribution & performance dashboards
Identify highest ROI channels and double down fast
Improve CAC, LTV and conversion rates systematically
Coordinate specialists (media buyers, SEO, creatives, analysts)
Turn marketing into a scalable acquisition framework
This role owns outcomes — not activities.
We’re Looking For Someone Who  Has grown leads or revenue in a measurable way
Understands performance marketing deeply (not surface-level)
Knows how to test hypotheses quickly and iterate
Is comfortable making decisions with imperfect data
Can operate independently in a remote environment
Thinks like an operator, not a coordinator
Strong advantage if you:
Have agency or SaaS growth experience
Built dashboards & attribution models
Managed budgets and improved ROI significantly
Have strong analytical mindset (SQL / GA4 / BI tools)
