Senior Delivery Manager

Our Delivery Principals are accountable for the overall successful delivery in an account and, as part of a cross-functional team, for driving account growth. You will be involved in the following:

• Managing successful outcomes and driving delivery in the Private or Public Sector
• Drive application modernization and digital transformation using cloud technologies (Azure, AWS)
• Deliver applications, services, products or platforms
• Ensure governance, standards and quality metrics are applied and adhered to throughout project delivery
• Oversee large/complex delivery teams within multi-supplier engagements
• Communicate and negotiate effectively and credibly with clients
• Drive presales and business development to expand existing business, including written bid responses and formal presentations
• Apply user research and design disciplines within solution delivery
• Motivate and empower teams to create an inclusive and positive culture aligned to Version 1 Core Values

• Significant experience managing successful outcomes and delivering in the Private or Public Sector
• Experience in complex application modernization and digital transformation using cloud technologies (Azure, AWS)
• Experience delivering applications, services, products or platforms (3 of 4 required)
• Experience leading large/complex delivery teams within multi-supplier engagements
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with solid commercial awareness and understanding of multi-supplier challenges
• Significant presales and business development experience, including written bid responses and formal presentations
• Experience applying user research and design disciplines within solution delivery
