The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Traffic Signals Technician to support customers using our client’s industry-leading intersection control and Active Traffic Management System.

You’ll be either a Level 2 or 3 Certified IMSA Technician and will leverage your expertise in traffic signal controllers and cabinets to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues.

You’ll develop a deep technical expertise in company systems, play a key role in delivering training for customers and providing responsive technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

* Becoming a go-to expert in our intersection control and central system solutions.

* Testing new software releases across multiple cabinet environments to ensure reliability before deployment.

* Troubleshooting and debugging technical issues in the field and remotely partnering with software developers to get to the root of complex problems.

* Delivering product training sessions that are clear, practical and engaging (both virtual and on-site).

* Providing responsive support via phone, in person and through the ticketing system.

* Building strong, trusted relationships with distributor partners and agency traffic signal technicians.

Skills and Experience:

* 5+ years of experience operating as a traffic signal technician

* IMSA Traffic Signal Technician certification (Level 2 or
3)

* Working knowledge of NTCIP 1202 compliant intersection control software

* Solid understanding of NEMA, ATC and TEES cabinet types

* Strong electrical troubleshooting skills

* Public agency experience would be highly beneficial
