• Accountable for the overall successful delivery in an account and, as part of a cross-functional team, for driving account growth.
• Manage successful outcomes and drive delivery in the Private or Public Sector.
• Drive application modernisation and digital transformation using cloud technologies (Azure, AWS).
• Deliver applications, services, products or platforms.
• Ensure governance, standards and quality metrics are applied and adhered to throughout project delivery.
• Provide an overview view of large/complex delivery teams within multi-supplier engagements.
• Communicate and negotiate effectively and credibly with clients.
• Drive presales and business development to expand existing business, including written bid-response and formal presentations.
• Apply user research and design disciplines within solution delivery.
• Motivate and empower teams to create an inclusive and positive culture aligned to Version 1 Core Values.

• Significant experience managing successful delivery in the Private or Public Sector.
• Experience in complex application modernisation and digital transformation using cloud technologies (Azure, AWS).
• Experience in delivering applications, services, products or platforms.
• Experience managing and leading large/complex delivery teams within multi-supplier engagements.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with commercial awareness and understanding of multi-supplier project challenges.
• Significant presales and business development experience, including written bid-response and formal presentations.
• Experience applying user research and design disciplines within solution delivery.
