As a Technical Support Assistant
, you will support the day‑to‑day technical operations of the AI Prop Tec platform, ensuring seamless system performance and exceptional client experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing timely and accurate technical assistance to clients
• Supporting software processes, workflows, and AI‑driven features
• Assisting with onboarding and user guidance
• Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating where required
• Supporting internal testing, quality control, and system refinement
• Contributing to continuous process improvement within a regulated industry environment

You will work closely with clients, developers, and the leadership team to ensure the platform operates to a high professional and ethical standard.

• Basic understanding of property technology is advantageous
