As our ICT 1st Line Support Advisor
, you’ll play a key role in helping us achieve this. By providing responsive, high-quality technical support. You’ll ensure our teams are equipped to do their best work, ultimately helping us build communities to be proud of.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Acting as the first point of contact for ICT helpdesk support to approximately 280 employees across multiple sites.
  • Communicating clearly and empathetically with colleagues and clients.
  • Taking ownership of incidents and escalating when needed.
  • Diagnosing and resolving issues with applications, operating systems, laptops, desktops, and telephony hardware.
  • Supporting core systems such as Microsoft Office, Thin Client Services, and third-party software, while also building and maintaining hardware including laptops, thin clients, and mobile devices.
  • Supporting ICT projects and staying up to date with new developments.

Your work will directly support our purpose by ensuring our colleagues have the digital tools to help others find a place to call home.

Essential skills include
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Technical confidence with a customer-first focus.
  • A commitment for doing the right thing, leading by example and working collaboratively.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications and operating systems.
  • Experience with Active Directory and user account management.
  • Familiarity with hardware support (mobile, laptop, desktop).
