Middleware Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Middleware Enginee
r to design, implement, maintain, and support middleware solutions that enable seamless integration between enterprise systems, applications, and cloud platforms. The ideal candidate will ensure high availability, performance, and security of middleware environments while supporting business-critical integrations.

Design, configure, and maintain middleware platforms (on-premise and cloud).

Support integration between applications, databases, APIs, and third-party systems.

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot middleware-related issues.

Ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability of integration environments.

Implement security best practices and access controls.

Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and Dev Ops teams.

Perform upgrades, patches, and system maintenance activities.

Document architecture, configurations, and operational procedures.

Participate in incident management and root cause analysis.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

3+ years of experience in middleware engineering or application integration.

Experience with middleware platforms such as:

Web Logic, Web Sphere, JBoss, Tomcat

Mule Soft, Dell Boomi, SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI, or similar

Strong knowledge of APIs (REST/SOAP), messaging systems (JMS, Kafka), and integration patterns.

Experience with Linux/Windows server environments.

Understanding of networking fundamentals (HTTP, SSL, DNS, Load Balancing).

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

ITIL knowledge or certification is a plus.

Ability to manage multiple priorities
