Extensive experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), particularly Amazon Connect - Proven experience in leading technical projects and teams
- AWS certification is required
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Node.js, Python, Java, or Java Script
- Experience with IBM API Connect (APIC) and integrating REST & SOAP APIs
- Knowledge of API security mechanisms like OAuth, SAML, JWT
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices
