We're seeking an experienced Director of Global Consulting and System Integrator Partnerships to build and lead our consulting and SI partner ecosystem. You'll develop relationships with Global Systems Integrators (GSIs), Regional Systems Integrators (RSIs), and consulting firms, driving net new business growth and expanding Ada's presence in customer experience transformation initiatives. You’ll be a strategic alliances leader who knows how to turn partnerships into meaningful revenue impact.

You’ll build and scale consulting and SI relationships that drive measurable growth, and you thrive at the intersection of enterprise sales, CX transformation, and ecosystem strategy.

Outcomes
  • Define and execute SI/GSI partner strategy, recruiting top-tier GSI partners and high-performing regional partners.
  • Drive partner-sourced pipeline and net new logo acquisition through strategic relationships, identifying high-value opportunities within partner client bases and CX transformation projects.
  • Serve as executive sponsor for strategic partner relationships, developing joint business plans with revenue targets and success metrics.
  • Design comprehensive partner sales enablement programs including competitive positioning, value selling techniques, and deal support.
  • Integrate Ada into partner CX transformation practices and digital transformation roadmaps through joint solution offerings and go-to-market plays.
  • Collaborate with Ada's sales, professional services, cloud partnerships, technology partnerships, and reseller teams to create cohesive strategies and maximize partner impact.
  • Partner with Ada's PS organization on joint pursuits, defining clear engagement models and rules of engagement between Ada PS and SI partners.
  • Build business case models, ROI frameworks, and sales materials that partners leverage in customer engagements.
  • Track partner performance metrics including pipeline contribution, revenue attainment, and forecast partner-driven business impact.
About You
  • 8+ years in partner management, alliances, or business development, with 4+ years focused on consulting/ SI partnerships.
  • Proven track record scaling SI programs across global and regional SI partners with demonstrable net new business growth.
  • Deep experience in CX transformation, contact center modernization, or digital customer service initiatives.
  • History of consistently exceeding partner-driven revenue targets and net new logo acquisition.
  • Experience with major consulting firms/GSIs (Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, Capgemini, etc.) and regional integrators.
  • Strong enterprise sales background with understanding of complex B2B sales cycles.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or customer experience technology.
