Your role as Senior Performance Marketer

• Develop strategic frameworks and blueprints for customer segments in the hospitality industry.
• Determining the right channels (Meta Ads, Tik Tok Ads, Linked In Ads) and search engines (Google Ads, Bing Ads) to effectively reach target audiences.
• Analysing campaigns, optimising based on data, and ensuring excellent results.
• Inspire and develop the performance team by sharing knowledge and improving processes.
• Managing multiple campaigns simultaneously, always with a focus on quality and results.

You are

• An expert in online advertising and paid media with at least 5 years of agency-side experience.
• Analytically and strategically strong, with the drive to achieve results and excel campaigns.
• Curious about trends in the hospitality industry and always looking for distinctive solutions.
• Driven to devise award-winning campaigns and play a key role in the success of our team.
