Junior​/Medior​/Senior - Data Scientist - Consultancy Projects

We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior/Medior/Senior Data Scientist to join our team and assist with consultancy projects. As a Data Scientist at Florence Innovations, you will have the opportunity to contribute to diverse client engagements across various industries. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain or extend on hands-on experience in data science consulting while being part of a collaborative and dynamic startup environment.

• Collaborate with senior team members to understand client requirements and project objectives.
• Assist in data collection, cleaning, and preprocessing tasks to prepare datasets for analysis.
• Apply statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms to extract insights and develop predictive models.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in the data.
• Work closely with clients to communicate findings, present results, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Support the implementation and deployment of data-driven solutions, including model testing and validation.
• Contribute to internal research and development initiatives to enhance our consulting offerings.

• Preferably a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Econometrics, or a related field.
• Strong foundation in data analysis, statistics, and machine learning concepts.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation and modeling.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn, Tableau) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
