One of our companies is currently looking for a  Dev Ops Lead  in the  United States or Canada .

This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role ideal for a Dev Ops expert who is passionate about driving infrastructure innovation  will lead platform engineering efforts that enhance CI/CD, observability, cost optimization, and overall system resilience. Working in a remote-first environment, you'll collaborate closely with engineers and stakeholders across product, security, and operations to deliver a robust and scalable platform. Accountabilities:

Lead and evolve the company's Dev Ops and platform engineering practices, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and security
Design and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to support fast-paced development while maintaining system stability
Improve system observability using tools like Datadog and GCP monitoring, and define standards for SLOs, SLIs, and SLAs
Drive infrastructure cost optimization and performance improvements across cloud environments
Build internal tools and reusable infrastructure modules to enhance developer productivity
Collaborate with engineering, security, and finance teams to align infrastructure with business goals

Requirements

6+ years in Dev Ops, SRE, or software engineering roles, ideally in high-growth or startup environments
Strong proficiency in Python or Go, with deep experience managing production systems and troubleshooting distributed architectures
Advanced knowledge of Kubernetes and associated tools (ArgoCD, Helm, Terraform)

Experience with GCP or equivalent cloud providers, with a focus on cloud efficiency and infrastructure automation
Proven success in building CI/CD pipelines and internal developer platforms from scratch
Familiarity with observability tools like Datadog or Prometheus and previous experience participating in on-call rotations
