What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide Tier 3 support for issues related to Cisco Meraki networks, Azure cloud services, and cloud-hosted infrastructure
Act as the Cisco/Cisco Meraki Subject Matter Expert (SME), deploying and maintaining Cisco solutions for enterprise networks
Administer and manage Azure cloud environments, including Active Directory and virtual machines
Collaborate with the Professional Services team on IT projects related to internal infrastructure and customer portfolios
Conduct proactive system maintenance to ensure system integrity and security compliance
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 5 years of experience in System and Network Administration, with expertise in Cisco Meraki and Azure cloud platforms
In‑depth experience with Cisco Meraki solutions, including routers, switches, and firewalls
Hands‑on experience managing Azure services, including Active Directory and networking
Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure management, including security and high availability
Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications, including Intune and Exchange
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Relevant certifications such as Cisco Meraki CMNA/CMNO or Azure Solutions Architect
Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams, particularly on customer‑facing projects
Ability to train and mentor junior team members and share technical knowledge
