Diegem# Success Factors Solution Architect## Your Role
* Lead the design and architecture of
** end-to-end Success Factors solutions**, covering modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Learning, Succession & Development, and Compensation.
* Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and HR processes, and translate these into
** scalable, sustainable, and future-proof
** solution designs.
* Develop comprehensive architecture documentation, including solution designs, integration mappings, and technical specifications.
* Provide
** expert guidance
** on best practices, configuration choices, solution architecture, and integration strategies to optimise functionality and user experience.
* Collaborate with project managers, functional consultants, and technical teams to ensure delivery within agreed scope, timeline, and budget.
* Stay informed about the latest Success Factors features, roadmap updates, and HR technology trends, and translate these into continuous improvement opportunities.
* Act as a
** trusted advisor
** to clients, offering strategic insights that drive HR transformation and measurable business value.## Your Profile
* Bachelor’s or master’s degree, combined with proven end-to-end Success Factors implementation experience.
* Strong knowledge of Success Factors implementation methodologies, integration patterns, and industry best practices.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to advise, influence, and present to senior leadership.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality, robust, and scalable solutions.
* Bonus:
