Our goal is to provide industry-specific, intelligent, and automated end-to-end solutions and services with our partners to existing and new healthcare customers worldwide. To make this come true, the SAP Business Suite incl. AI capabilities need to be tailored and extended to the industry needs together with solutions, content, packaged services and experience from partners. In your role you will be responsible for positioning, establishing and driving the business for SAP as Digital Health Platform vendor of choice in the healthcare industry worldwide.
The Digital Health Platform is an industry-specific platform architecture, defined by Gartner, we serve with combining existing SAP capabilities from Business Data Cloud, Cloud ERP, BTP, and AI with BTP-based applications, content and services from partners.
End-to-end ownership of SAP Digital Health Platform related strategic initiatives or reference projects. Inclusive but not exhaustive.
- Solution Definition. Shape and define the architecture, features, continually increase AI embedment and roadmap of the Digital Health Platform to address current and emerging healthcare needs for the SAP LoB and partner portfolios.
- Solution Assets. Create, update, own, and maintain Digital Health Platform related assets in MXP e.g., Solution Overview, Solution in Detail, Demos, external references.
- Solution Ownership. Represent Digital Health Platform internally and externally on e.g., social media, events, and communities.
- Subject Matter Expertise. Serve as the go-to expert for Digital Health Platform capabilities, market trends, and the competitive landscape.
- Market Entry & Rollout. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, lead regional roll-in/roll-out plans, coordinate launch activities, and gather market feedback for continuous improvement.
- Partner & Business Development. Collaborate with the Global Healthcare Chief Advisor to identify, engage, and manage strategic partnerships within the Digital Health Platform ecosystem. Support alliances to create joint solutions and expand market reach.
- Customer Engagement. Facilitate discussions with healthcare organizations to understand requirements, design tailored solutions, and drive innovation through proof of concept (PoC) implementations leading to customer references.
- Solution Implementation Support. Oversee and support the implementation of PoCs, acting as the bridge between customer, partner, and technical teams to ensure delivery success, particularly for customer projects.
- Lead the definition, launch, and evolution of the SAP Digital Health Platform to create tangible business value.
- Define the platform, identify and push development needs and make sure that AI is embedded.
- Run market entry and business development together with partners and SAP product management, partner management and sales teams.
- Drive platform expansion leveraging SAP roll-in/roll-out with product management as well as partner collaboration incl. joint business development.
- Own digital content and represent Digital Health Platform in social media, events and internal/external communities.
- Deliver successful proof of concept implementations at healthcare customer sites.
- Track key KPIs related to adoption, customer satisfaction, and business development efforts.
- Solid knowledge of SAP’s strategy, the latest product and partner portfolio, the healthcare ecosystem, and their impact on the healthcare industry business.
