IT Project Manager - REMOTE

In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to drive impactful digital projects for client-facing and internal operations. Your expertise will help bridge business needs with technical requirements while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.

This is a full-time remote opportunity that allows you to contribute to a dynamic environment from anywhere.

• Develop, own and track project lifecycle for web development and enterprise application initiatives.
• Gather requirements, define scope, and develop project plans and schedules.
• Coordinate work across in-house, contract, and vendor teams.
• Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and actionable tasks.
• Identify SMEs and stakeholders to enable collaboration across teams.
• Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and drive solutions.
• Manage project documentation, status updates, and stakeholder communications.
• Support process improvement and adoption of digital tools across the firm.

• Five (5) years plus experience managing technical projects.
• Solid understanding of modern web technologies and Cloud/SaaS Platforms.
• Strong technical acumen with the ability to bridge business and technical teams.
• Proven success running agile or hybrid projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience with vendor/contractor management.
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Suite of products and Zoom Conferencing Technology.
