Role OverviewIn this role, you will run live onboarding calls over Zoom, configure and customize Amplify for customer stores, and handle behind-the-scenes work to ensure customers go live smoothly. You will work closely with Product, and Engineering in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead live onboarding calls with new Amplify customers via Zoom
- Own the end-to-end onboarding process from initial setup to go-live
- Implement and customize Amplify using HTML and CSS when needed
- Work directly in customer Shopify merchants to ensure correct installation and configuration
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to Amplify, Shopify, and storefront behavior
- Clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical customers
- Coordinate with Product and Engineering to resolve bugs or complex issues
- Document onboarding steps, customer configurations, and edge cases
- Identify recurring onboarding challenges and suggest process or tooling improvements
- Ensure customers feel confident, supported, and ready to launch with Amplify
- Excellent written and spoken English with confidence leading customer-facing Zoom calls
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with HTML and CSS
- Experience with Shopify themes, Liquid, or e-commerce storefronts preferred
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working in live customer environments
- Customer-first mindset with patience and empathy
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Ability to manage live meetings and asynchronous technical work
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet remote work environment
- Availability aligned with US business hours
- Previous experience in technical onboarding, implementation, SaaS, or e-commerce is a plus
- Fully remote work with a collaborative and supportive team
- Ownership over customer onboarding and go-live success
- Hands-on experience with Shopify and a fast-growing SaaS product
- Clear processes, training, and room to grow into senior onboarding or solutions roles
