• Own and improve end-to-end Security Operations processes, including incident response and post-incident activities
• Lead and manage high-severity incident responses, ensuring effective communication and decision-making
• Conduct complex security investigations across various platforms and environments
• Define and evolve SIEM strategy, including detection use cases and alert tuning
• Build and maintain a high-performing Security Operations team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning

• 5+ years of experience in Security Operations or Incident Response
• Minimum of 2 years of people management experience, preferably in a remote environment
• Strong hands-on experience with SIEM platforms and security investigations
• Proficiency in Python for automation and tooling; familiarity with Ruby is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

• Experience with AI or ML-assisted security tools for detection and response
• Familiarity with vulnerability management programs and remediation workflows
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, GCIA, or Google Professional Cloud Security Engineer
