• Lead the end-to-end development of our AI-driven talent marketplace—helping us automate sourcing, vetting, and matching.
• Take ownership of both backend (Python, Go, Postgre
  
  SQL) and frontend (React, Type Script) development with confidence.
• Integrate cutting-edge AI models to supercharge hiring automation.
• Be our first architect, shaping a technical foundation that scales as we grow.
• Design systems with high availability and reliability in mind.
• Build and integrate APIs that connect seamlessly with HR tech stacks, Quick Books, and other financial systems.
• Collaborate closely with founders and product teams, iterating quickly and creatively to bring ideas to life.

• 3-8+ years of full-stack development experience, with strong expertise in React, Node.js, Python, and/or Type Script (
  Python is essential
  ).
• Experience scaling platforms—bonus if that’s in marketplaces, fintech, or automation-heavy products.
• A product-driven mindset: you build with users in mind, not just for the sake of technology.
• Ability to own projects end-to-end—from architecture to deployment with independence.
• Familiarity with AWS.
• A love for automation and efficiency: maybe you’ve built internal tools, workflow engines, or AI-powered solutions before.
• Extra points if you bring experience with AI/ML, vector databases, and LLMs.
