• Determine enterprise security controls and identify potential threats to infrastructure.
• Diagnose complex network, storage, and server issues, implementing corrective solutions.
• Track vulnerabilities and apply necessary remediations and patches.
• Conduct feasibility studies for proposed projects.
• Administer automated workflow tools and middleware application servers.
• Monitor network/server performance and respond to critical alerts.
• Perform upgrades to hardware, software, and firmware.
• Manage change releases into production minimizing risk.
• Create release plans and validate strategies for network and business applications.
• Evaluate current systems and support the development of improvement strategies.

• 5 - 7 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure.
• Post-secondary degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Deep knowledge of network routing, switching, and security.
• Experience with systems administration and configuration management.
• Proficiency in scripting languages and IT automation.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing and cybersecurity.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience with virtualization and operating systems.
• Knowledge of infrastructure as code (IaC) and database administration.
