Remote Business Analyst - US​/UK Client Projects; Work from Home

Bell Canada is seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and strategic Remote Business Analyst to support our expanding portfolio of client projects across the US and UK markets. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between cross-functional teams and international clients, identifying business needs, defining technical requirements, and delivering data-driven insights that drive innovation and operational efficiency. • Work closely with US/UK clients to gather and document detailed business and technical requirements.

• Conduct market research and business analysis to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities.

• Facilitate cross-functional meetings to align stakeholders and define project goals and deliverables.

• Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams.

• Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.

• Monitor project performance and ensure alignment with business objectives and timelines.

• Support QA processes by validating deliverables against requirements.

• Provide post-implementation support, evaluate outcomes, and recommend improvements.

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects across time zones and with international stakeholders.

• Strong understanding of business analysis frameworks, data modeling, and requirement gathering.

• Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Office Suite, Tableau or Power BI.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities and a keen attention to detail.

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably supporting international clients.

• Experience working in a remote setting with diverse teams across US/UK geographies.

• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.

• Full-time, 40 hours/week.

• Must be available to work flexible hours to accommodate overlapping time zones with US and UK clients (e.g., early morning or late evening shifts depending on project needs).

• Exceptional stakeholder management and client-facing skills.

• Ability to independently manage tasks and deliverables in a remote work environment.

• Strong business acumen and understanding of various industry domains (Telecom, Finance, Tech, etc.).

• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance standards in the US and UK is an asset.
