• Lead the Compensation workstream for assigned accounts as the onshore lead
• Collaborate with offshore and nearshore teams on daily activities, incidents, and work requests
• Maintain the Workday platform with a focus on reporting, business process maintenance, and data audits
• Proactively identify and develop reporting dashboards to improve Workday utilization
• Drive continual business process improvements throughout the organization

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Computer Science or Engineering) or equivalent experience
• Certification in Workday Advanced Compensation is required
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Workday Compensation
• Experience in configuring merit, bonus, and stock plans
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience with creating calculated fields, custom reports, and pay-for-performance configurations
• Ability to handle multiple engagements simultaneously and multitask effectively
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex incidents and provide best practice suggestions
