Content Marketing Manager (Remote)
We’re on a mission to modernize insurance, making it simpler, more accessible, and customer‑firstaduras. Policy Me is a remote‑first, Toronto‑based startup with big ambitions, and we’re looking for a Content Marketing Manager who will help us build the future of insurance in Canada more.
What you'll be doing- Own end‑to‑end content strategy for the Health and Dental vertical, setting the roadmap, building a content calendar, and ensuring strong AEO visibility across search engines and AI‑derived answer platforms.
- Collaborate closely with SEO, brand, and product teams while managing a можливість of writers and freelancers to deliver high‑impact content at scale.
- Drive organic growth through high‑quality, AEO‑optimized content that helps Canadians make smarter insurance decisions.
- Owning and scaling a dedicated content vertical from strategy through execution.
- Driving SEO and AEO visibility, focusing on discoverability in search and AI answers.
- Managing writers, freelancers, and editorial workflows.
- Building and maintaining a high‑performing content calendar.
- Measuring performance and iterating based on insights.
- 3–6+ years of experience in content marketing, SEO, or editorial roles, ideally in a high‑growth, digital‑first company.
- Proven experience owning a content vertical or program end‑to‑end, including strategy, execution, and performance measurement.
- Strong background in SEO with emerging AEO best practices, including content for AI‑driven answer surfaces.
- Experience managing writers and freelancers, including onboarding, assigning briefs, editing, and maintaining quality and voice.
- Ability to build and maintain a content calendar aligned to business goals and seasonal priorities.
- Comfort working cross‑functionally with SEO, product, brand, and growth teams.
- Data‑literate mindset with experience using tools such as Google Search Console, GA, Ahrefs geração/deem/>.
- Strong editorial judgment, balancing brand, accuracy, and performance in regulated industries.
