Identity Access Specialist

A Healthcare Company in Portland, OR is hiring an 100% Remote Identity Access Specialist to join the team for a great opportunity!

• This is a tier 2 technical support role averaging about 100 tickets/week between a 3 person team.
• Close tickets through Cherwell queue and a lot of work in Active Directory.
• Creating accounts, managing groups, adding/removing group permissions, password resets, user setups, etc.

• 3-4+ years of previous tier 2 level helpdesk experience
• Must have strong experience with Active Directory and Group Policy experience
• Ticketing/Documenting experience (using Cherwell but transitioning to Jira)
• Office 365 experience and MS Teams
• Windows 10/11 troubleshooting
• Previous remote experience is preferred
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent

Contract to Hire position based out of Portland, OR.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
