CIS Advisory Services builds relationships with CTOs/CxO'S, allows them to take a step back to identify complex challenges, brings critical insights to help solve complex industry issues. The aim being to maintain operational control and scale cloud, cyber, Gen AI strategies & technologies in their environment.
We're looking for a Cyber Security Advisor who is a recognised expert in your technical field of Cybersecurity. You are a 'T-shaped' specialist, with generalist knowledge in many areas to compliment your specialism.
Hybrid workingThe places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.
If you are successfully offered this position, you will go through a series of pre-employment checks, including:
identity, nationality (single or dual) or immigration status, employment history going back 3 continuous years, and unspent criminal record check (known as Disclosure and Barring Service)
Your roleTo apply your technical knowledge and understanding to generate creative and innovative solutions for our clients.
- You will develop deep relationships with CxO's and advise on large-scale transformation deals and complex programmes to drive the growth agenda in Cyber Security.
- You will develop and maintain strategic partnerships with internal and external clients to maximise the benefits for all parties.
- You will utilise critical thinking to generate innovative perspectives, applying knowledge of a range of technologies to identify improvement areas for our clients and opportunities for our business.
- You will think creatively to transform client challenges into competitive technical propositions, that make Capgemini their preferred partner.
- You will represent the CIS Advisory team internally and externally at a board level.

Your skills and experience- Proficiency in technical scoping, architecture design, and integration of security tools and processes.
- Familiarity with security control tools, identity management, and secure development practices.
- Defining and advising on technical strategies & designs according to cybersecurity best practices and ensuring they are deployed correctly in Cloud environments whilst championing automation.
- Be able to highlight experience in multiple projects, that could include - cyber controls engineering, Security operations, Security Dev Ops and GRC.
- Strong understanding of cyber security principles, governance, and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, ISA/IEC 62443, GDPR, NIS2, etc.).
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable, user-centric cloud solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a focus thought leadership and solution development
- A growth mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement-for yourself, your team, and your clients.
