We are seeking a Technical Presales Manager to lead our presale’s function, managing a team of experienced presales engineers while acting as a trusted technical advisor to customers. This role bridges sales, engineering and clients, ensuring high‑quality, commercially aligned technical solutions.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on technical leader who can inspire a team while contributing directly to business growth.

Hybrid working applies, with a mix of home working, team meetings at Alpha Tower, and customer site visits as required.

• Overall ownership and leadership of the Technical Presales department
• Manage presales requests, workload planning and time allocation
• Line management responsibilities including recruitment and performance management
• Budget oversight and resource planning
• Attend client and prospect meetings (virtual and onsite)
• Identify customer technical and business requirements and design appropriate solutions
• Produce proposals, technical documentation and scopes of work
• Deliver internal and external technical presentations
• Collaborate across teams to support product development and service improvement
• Work to agreed KPIs and targets

• Azure (IaaS, VMs, networking, Entra /Azure AD, RBAC, Conditional Access)
• Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint, One Drive

• Internet connectivity (FTTC/FTTP, leased lines, 4G/5G, Starlink)
