Tech Lead / Engineering Manager – Hands-On | SaaS Startup | Remote

Location: Remote (Flexible Hours)

Now, we’re looking for an experienced Tech Lead / Engineering Manager to lead a talented squad of 10 engineers while remaining deeply hands-on in the code.

What You’ll Do

• Lead a cross-functional team of 10 engineers, guiding delivery, performance, and culture.
• Remain hands-on with the codebase, architecture, and technical decisions.
• Collaborate with leadership to shape our product and engineering vision.
• Drive a high-performance team culture through mentorship, feedback, and clear direction.
• Ensure scalable, clean code and lean delivery processes.
• Frontend: React, Type Script

We’re open to candidates from either a backend or frontend background – what matters most is technical excellence and leadership experience.

• 3+ years of experience leading teams of 5+ engineers.
• Senior-level engineering skills with a strong foundation in either frontend or backend development.
• A passion for scaling teams and products in a high-growth, fast-moving environment.
