We’re seeking an experienced and visionary Service Now CTA‑certified Senior Solution Architect to join our dynamic UK Service Now Practice. • Shape Platform Strategy:
  Define enterprise‑wide adoption strategies aligned with business objectives and architectural principles.
• Lead Solution Design:
  Translate complex requirements into scalable, secure, and innovative Service Now solutions.
• Exploit Emerging Tech:
  Harness Generative AI, automation, and machine learning to deliver transformative outcomes.
• Architect for Scale:
  Design robust solutions for enterprise‑scale environments, ensuring performance, security, and compliance.
• Drive Best Practice:
  Establish and promote Service Now standards to streamline delivery and enhance quality.
• Provide Technical Leadership:
  Guide senior developers and project teams to ensure technical excellence and strategic alignment.
• Support Pre‑Sales:
  Develop compelling solution propositions and present them confidently to prospective clients.
• Evangelise the Platform:
  Champion Service Now’s capabilities internally and externally, showcasing its value.
• Ensure Security & Compliance:
  Architect solutions that meet stringent regulatory and security requirements.

• Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
• Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• Any two Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications (e.g., ITSM, CSM, HR, ITOM)
• Service Now implementation experience, including solution design and leadership in large‑scale or secure environments
• Proven ability to translate complex business needs into innovative Service Now solutions
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and how platforms interact to deliver integrated, business‑aligned solutions
• Experience designing and delivering solutions that scale effectively in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments
