* Job Summary:
** We are seeking a motivated and skilled IT Support Technician to provide technical support for Windows-based PCs and related IT systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network connectivity issues, along with excellent communication and customer service skills. This role is critical to supporting the performance, security, and reliability of our technology infrastructure.

* Key Responsibilities:
*** Provide first-level and second-level support for end users using Windows desktops, laptops, and related peripherals (printers, scanners, etc.).
* Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including system errors, performance problems, and connectivity issues.
* Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and application software.
* Respond to helpdesk tickets, phone calls, and in-person requests in a timely and professional manner.
* Perform diagnostics, repairs, and upgrades on desktops, laptops, and other IT equipment.
* Support Office 365 and standard business applications.
* Manage user accounts, passwords, and permissions in Active Directory.
* Assist with system backups, antivirus updates, and patch management.
* Document support cases, solutions, and standard operating procedures.
* Collaborate with other IT team members on projects and system rollouts.
* Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and data protection regulations.## Qualifications

* Qualifications:
*** No less than 3 years of experience in IT support or computer repair role.
* Strong understanding of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office, and Active Directory.
* Familiarity with PC hardware components and troubleshooting tools.
* Knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
* Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems.
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
* Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications are a plus.

*** May involve lifting and transporting IT equipment (up to 50 lbs).
* Office-based with occasional travel to local sites as needed.
* Standard business hours with some after-hours, remote work or weekend work required during upgrades or outages.
