Job Description:Seeking an experienced Integration Project Manager to support the integration of Juniper Networks following HPE’s acquisition
. This role will play a critical part in coordinating integration work streams, aligning cross‑functional teams, and ensuring successful execution of one of HPE’s most strategic initiatives.
This is a high‑visibility opportunity supporting a large‑scale M&A integration within a global technology organization.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate multiple integration work streams simultaneously
- Track project plans, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies
- Support roadmap alignment and ensure execution stays on track
- Contribute to delivering synergy targets tied to the acquisition
- Maintain detailed project documentation (workplans, dashboards, reporting)
- Partner with cross‑functional leaders to drive alignment and accountability
- Use Smartsheet and other PM tools to manage structured project tracking
- 6–10 years of Project Management experience – required
- Prior experience managing integration projects (M&A within a tech company strongly preferred) – required
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent work streams – required
- Strong documentation skills (workplans, milestone tracking, roadmap alignment) – required
- Experience supporting strategic programs with measurable business outcomes
- Smartsheet expertise (strongly preferred)
- Experience in technology, networking, or enterprise organizations
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Highly organized and execution‑focused
- Comfortable working in fast‑paced, high‑impact environments
- Strong at identifying risks and driving corrective action
- Able to translate business priorities into structured, actionable project plans
