• Own end-to-end project management efforts to implement strategic directives
• Define project scopes, timelines, and resource estimations for enterprise-wide programs
• Identify potential bottlenecks in strategy execution and recommend course corrections
• Maintain accurate project schedules and documentation aligned with employer policies
• Deliver and present project reports to senior leadership to provide visibility into progress and resource utilization

• 6+ years of relevant experience OR a Master’s degree + 4 years of relevant experience
• Proven experience managing projects in an agile environment
• Ability to travel 4-6 times a year for in-person sessions
• Proficiency with project management tools and software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Familiarity with the B2B SaaS industry
• Experience in innovation management or change management
• Demonstrated ability to interact with and influence stakeholders across multiple business units
