Senior Salesforce Administrator

• Manage day-to-day Salesforce administration, including user setup, profiles, permissions, and workflows
• Evaluate and implement App Exchange solutions and third-party integrations
• Maintain system documentation and create training materials for end-users
• Conduct regular data audits and cleanup activities to ensure database health
• Create and maintain custom objects, fields, and page layouts as needed

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• 5-7+ years of Salesforce Lightning Administration experience in a mid-to-large organization
• Salesforce Certified with a strong understanding of CRM strategy and data management tools
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end enhancements in a Salesforce production environment
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with all organizational levels

• Experience supporting multiple Salesforce clouds (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)
• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce Development concepts and Apex
• Familiarity with the Quote-to-Cash process, particularly with Salesforce’s CPQ solution
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
