About the Client Inner Circle Agency is partnering with a well-funded, Solana-native Web3 organization operating at the forefront of decentralized technology. The projects are currently confidential but sit within high-impact areas of the Solana ecosystem, with strong backing and long-term growth ambitions.
Role Overview Our client is seeking a CTO or Lead Engineer with deep Solana expertise to define technical direction, lead engineering efforts, and support the scaling of complex blockchain products. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on technical involvement and is ideal for someone already embedded in the Solana ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities Set and own the technical vision, architecture, and engineering roadmap
Lead and mentor engineering teams while establishing best practices
Guide system design with a focus on performance, scalability, and security
Provide hands-on support for architecture decisions and critical builds when required
Collaborate closely with product and business stakeholders
Represent the technical function within the broader Web3 and Solana community
Qualifications Required
Senior engineering leadership experience in a Web3-native environment
Strong, hands-on knowledge of Solana architecture, programs, and ecosystem tooling
Deep understanding of DeFi, trading systems, wallets, or protocol-level products
Proven ability to scale teams and ship in fast-paced, high-ownership environments
Strategic mindset balanced with practical execution
Preferred
Previous CTO or Lead Engineer experience at a blockchain company
Contributions to Solana ecosystem projects or open-source initiatives
Established network within the Solana or broader Web3 space
