First & Third is seeking a part‑time contract Web Designer to support client work and internal initiatives. The role involves executional design support, including wireframes, UI production, and maintaining clean Figma files.

• Design responsive web experiences.
• Create wireframes, high‑fidelity UI, and prototypes.
• Set up and maintain clean, scalable Figma files.
• Implement design feedback across breakpoints and templates.
• Extend design systems and build new components/modules.
• Prepare production‑ready assets for developers.
• Collaborate with the design team in Slack + Figma.

• 3–5+ years of professional web or product design experience.
• Experience in a web or digital agency environment.
• Strong UX fundamentals.
• Expert in Figma.
• Experience with Adobe CC.
• Experience preparing assets for development.
• Comfortable with AI‑assisted design tools.
• Clear communication skills.
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS.
• Remote work experience.
• Portfolio of shipped web work.
