- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a top law school preferred
- 2+ years of experience at a top law firm or legal department
- Expertise in transactional legal practice in areas such as mergers & acquisitions or corporate transactions
- Self-starting, problem-solving mindset with a focus on execution
- Experience in technology companies or industries
- Interest in finance or economics
- Advanced skills in Excel and Power Point
- Background in computer programming (not a development role)
- Interest in AI, NLP, or Machine Learning technologies
