Deskside Support Technician

Our client is currently seeking a qualified Deskside Support Technician to join their team onsite in San Francisco, CA and provide end‑user support.

• Minimum 3+ years of experience managing inventory and procurement

• Experienced in shipping/receiving, proper packing for IT equipment

• Ability to work in a fast‑changing, dynamic, and agile environment, including the ability to manage time and maintain an excellent work ethic

• Ability to work independently and work with all levels of end users and management

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with end users, vendors, and shipping department to ship out /receive hardware between remote offices

• Strong attention to detail

• Excellent organization and categorization skills

• Ability to use and maintain inventory and system tracking software

• Experience working with ticketing systems, to monitor, update and maintain tickets timely

The rate for this position is between $21.60 - $29.70 per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
