• Analyze user behavior, marketplace dynamics, and service provider performance to identify growth opportunities
• Develop predictive models for marketplace matching, pricing optimization, and user retention strategies
• Collaborate cross-functionally to provide data-driven insights for platform enhancements
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership to contribute to business strategy
• Create dashboards to monitor key marketplace metrics in real-time

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• 8+ years of analytical experience in e-commerce, marketplace, or home services-related fields
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools such as Python or R
• Expertise in data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
• Proven ability to develop and apply predictive models to enhance marketplace performance

• Experience in coaching or mentoring junior team members
• Strong communication skills to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment
