Join a growing advisory practice helping organisations unlock the full value of Service Now.
As a Service Now Advisory Consultant, you'll work with senior stakeholders to shape and deliver complex Service Now-led transformation programmes. This is a strategic role for someone who enjoys operating at both executive and technical levels-defining vision, guiding delivery, and ensuring Service Now platforms are aligned to real business outcomes.
You'll play a key part in helping organisations modernise their operations, improve service performance, and create scalable, future-ready platforms. Working across multiple clients and sectors, you'll bring clarity to complexity and help turn ambitious goals into practical, deliverable solutions.
What you'll do
- Partner with senior leaders, including C-suite, to advise on Service Now strategy and enterprise transformation
- Lead the design and delivery of complex Service Now solutions across multiple modules and environments
- Translate business challenges into clear, scalable Service Now architectures and roadmaps
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with clients and collaborate closely with internal teams
- Contribute to propositions, bids, and thought leadership that support the growth of the advisory practice
- Support knowledge sharing, mentoring, and continuous improvement across the team
What you'll bring
- Deep experience across Service Now, including architecture, development, administration, and integrations
- A strong track record delivering end-to-end Service Now programmes in a consulting environment
- The ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders and influence decision-making
- Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification; implementation certifications preferred
- ITIL Foundation and a solid understanding of SaaS and on-premise architectures
- A collaborative mindset, strong communication skills, and a focus on inclusive ways of working
Reward & package
- Base salary up to 130,000 (dependent on experience)
- 12% annual bonus
